2024 Rates

Campsites: 

Seasonal with electric meters, public water, and sewage                   $900 a year plus electric

Seasonal with public water, sewage, electric but not metered        $950 a year

(There is a $25 sewage fee that will be billed twice annually for each site.)

ONE TIME SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $250 - $300 IS REQUIRED FOR SEASONAL SITES.

Monthly full hook-up sites and frost free water sites                           $475 a month plus electric

Weekly full hook-up sites                                                                                     $175 a week plus electric

Nightly full hook-up sites  - 30 amp electric                                               $40 a night

Nightly full hook-up sites  - 50 amp electric                                               $45 a night

Tent sites                                                                                                                       $25 a night

2024 Fifth Wheel rentals                   

​Smaller fifth wheel with slide  $300 a week plus electric  or   $750 a month plus electric

Larger fifth wheel  with slides $350 a week plus electric or   $850 a month plus electric

YOU MUST HAVE A $50 SECURITY DEPOSIT PLACED ON TRAILERS RENTED.
